500f Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 500f platform by users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 500f platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Acceptance of these terms is mandatory for all users without exception. Continued use of the platform after any updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes. 500f reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically.
This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where participation in such activities is permitted.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on 500f. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any active balances or bonuses.
Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. 500f reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to request supporting documents where necessary.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact 500f support immediately. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
- Not use the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
- Not attempt to hack, disrupt or compromise the functionality of the platform.
- Not abuse promotions or bonuses through dishonest means.
- Comply with all applicable local laws when using the platform.
3. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 500f platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include TNG eWallet, FPX and local bank transfers. Certain methods may be subject to specified minimum and maximum limits.
Deposits are processed within the timeframe indicated depending on the chosen method. Withdrawals will be processed once all account verification requirements have been met. 500f reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected or if identity verification is incomplete.
Any taxes or charges related to transactions are the user's responsibility. 500f is not liable for fees imposed by third-party payment providers. Users are encouraged to review all transaction details carefully before confirming any deposit or withdrawal.
500f reserves the absolute right to decline any transaction where there is sufficient grounds to do so, including potential fraud or a breach of terms.
4. Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
500f reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons: breach of terms, confirmed fraud, suspicious activity, multiple account ownership, or at the user's own request.
Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with 500f's current policy, subject to completed identity verification. Balances associated with a breach of terms may not be eligible for withdrawal.
500f is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss or technical failures.
The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Users access and use the platform at their own risk.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software and other materials on the 500f platform are the exclusive property of 500f or our licensors. No part of this platform may be copied, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from 500f.
5. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

The 500f platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment processors. 500f is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Users are advised to review third-party terms separately before using their services.
Changes to Terms
500f reserves the right to modify, add to or amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be published on this page with a clear update date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the 500f platform shall be resolved through the mechanisms provided under applicable Malaysian law. By using this platform, users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate tribunal or court in Malaysia.
